Alright, bear with me here – this is gonna be a wild ride. I mean, who wrote this stuff? Anyway, let’s dig in. So, KLEVV just went and decided, “Hey, why don’t we drop some new DDR5 and SSDs on everyone?” And that’s just what they did.
First off, there’s this thing called the Genuine V RGB. Honestly, it’s ended up cranking its speeds to something ridiculous like 10,600 MT/s. Picture this: an AMD Ryzen 5 8600G on an ASUS ROG Crosshair X870E APEX motherboard doing its thing, and BAM, you got these timings that are like CL62-something or other. Who even gets these numbers? But, it’s like super-fast.
Okay, wait. Next, they’ve got these Urbane V SOLID DDR5 DIMMs. These are apparently for gamers and overclockers. Whatever those guys are doing, maybe just gaming really hard? They reach up to 64 gigabytes per DIMM. I guess it’s like a lot? And they’re running at DDR5-6400 speeds with timings all over the place. But, hey, they look cool. Fashionable RAM, anyone?
Now, the KLEVV CRAS V RGB is doing some jazz, too. Fancy name, right? It’s low latency and stuff. Runs at 6000 MT/s speeds, which sounds fast if you ask me. The timings? They’re like CL26-something, with a voltage of 1.4V tossed in there for good measure.
Oh, and then you’ve got the CRAS V RGB CKD DDR5 – more alphabet soup for your brain. This one’s working with CUDIMM memory at 9600 MT/s speeds. Whatever that means! Modules are like 24GB. Voltage right there is 1.4V too.
Look, there’s more. Last year KLEVV showed these LPCAMM2 memory thingies, and yep, they’re back in action. Speeds run wild between 7500 MT/s to 8533 MT/s, and they even have a heat spreader (fancy). Shiny black too. Ooh, shiny! They popped this RAM into a Lenovo ThinkPad P1 Gen7, which honestly, looked like it knew what was happening more than I did.
Lastly (or was it already last?), they’re bringing out these new black-coated DDR5 UDIMMs. Retail soon? Let’s hope so. And there’s new Gen5 SSDs too, in some “G” series. Gen5 AND Gen4 speeds, not sure what any of that really adds up to, but sounds like they’ll keep your computer non-sluggish.
Alright, so yeah, these are aimed at gamers and enthusiasts – those types who take their tech very, very personally. Pricing and availability? Ugh, details to come.
And that’s the scoop. Or my scrambled version of it.
