Alright, so here’s the deal—Into the Radius 2, you know, that survival shooter? It’s crashing onto Quest 3 and 3S real soon, like end-of-the-month soon.
Okay, so this game—if you haven’t heard of it—throws you into this weird, kinda menacing spot called the Pechorsk Security Zone. And you’re just trying to make it out alive. Alone or with a buddy—I mean, not that I have many who’d want to venture into creepy zones with me, but anyway. This Estonian group, CM Games, shoved it onto Steam Early Access, and bam, now they’re saying Quest 3 and 3S are getting it. May 21, mark it, not that I’m your calendar or anything.
Now, heads up, the Quest 3 version isn’t like, the full deluxe edition right out of the gate. CM Games is saying they’ll try to match up with the PC VR version over time. But here’s the kicker: no Pechorsk Outskirts or Distortion Zones at launch, and forget cross-platform multiplayer for now. Oh, and Quest 2? Yeah, not happening.
Still, they’re shelling out “all other core features”—whatever that means—from this big update called ‘Ghost Town.’ Customizable chest rigs, proximity voice chat (so you can yell at your friends in-game), new shiny guns, and attachments.
