Oh man, KIWI Design dropped the K4 Duo—a head strap for the Quest 3, and let me tell you, it’s got all the bells and whistles. Picture this: you’re wearing your headset, and you’ve got these funky adjustable speakers that rotate. Yup, the kind you can switch out super-fast. You plug this thing into the USB-C, and bam, you can toggle between the Quest audio or the K4’s.
So, you’ve got two hefty 2650mAh batteries keeping the whole show going, and yeah, it tips the scales at 459 grams. Kinda chunky? Maybe? But it’s packing the usual goodies you’d expect from KIWI—like that nifty wheel for tightening at the back, plus it charges the headset and battery together like it’s no big deal. Memory foam? Check. Top strap action? You bet.
Can we say it’s gonna make our top picks? Hard to say right now. Testing it out more is on the to-do list because, really, we’ve had some great times with KIWI gear in the past. Last year? We couldn’t say enough good things about the K4 Boost Battery Strap for Quest 3. So, are we hopeful? Yeah, maybe.
