SNEG has officially announced when fans can finally get their hands on the much-anticipated adventure game, Captain Blood, as it makes its way to the Nintendo Switch.
Back in 2010, this game was initially set to debut on the Xbox 360. However, its journey took a dramatic turn when the publisher went bankrupt, resulting in a tangled web of legal disputes that kept the developers from releasing it. Fast forward 15 years, and those hurdles have at last been cleared.
The game’s story kicks off when the daughter of a local magistrate is abducted. In a twist of fate, the magistrate reluctantly turns to Captain Blood and his crew for help. In this game, you become the legendary pirate captain, known for his daring feats, not least of which include chugging grog and charming maidens throughout the Spanish Main. Get ready for a thrilling ride filled with cannon fire, pistol duels, swashbuckling sword fights, and plenty of other pirate-themed escapades.
