If you’re one of the few who hasn’t grabbed it yet, you can dive in on your PS5 or Xbox Series X/S. Heck, even your PC. Oh, and they say it’s making its way to the new Nintendo Switch 2 by June 5. Yep, mark your calendars.
But here’s a kicker. Some folks — let’s call them the "physical game purists" — aren’t too thrilled about the Switch 2 version. Saw this post on Nintendeal, and it was kinda suggesting the physical box might not actually hold a game card. Like, what? Buy the box, download the game? That’s rubbing some collectors the wrong way. Sure, it’s becoming a norm, but still… sigh.
And then, out of nowhere, there’s a movie coming. Split Fiction’s getting a live-action adaptation with Sydney Sweeney. Love her! It’s rubbing shoulders with titles like Clair Obscur: Expedition 33, Blue Prince (never heard of this one, but sounds interesting), and Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2. That last one, classic! With the film in the works and everyone still buzzing about the game, it’s like the Split Fiction party’s just getting started. Bet fans are feeling all kinds of hopeful for what’s next.
