Fortnite’s latest chapter? It’s like they went full space nerd and I’m kinda here for it — or maybe I’m just nostalgic, who knows. Anyway, welcome to Chapter 6 Season 3, fancy title: “Galactic Battle.” And yeah, we’ve got a bunch of new places and things to mess around with. Feels like it’s long overdue, right?
So, Star Wars — boom! In your face with lightsabers and Force powers. Stuff they should’ve tossed in ages ago, honestly. Oh, and snag yourself a First Order Stormtrooper outfit for free — pretty sweet, if you ask me.
Right, where was I? The map. It’s all new and shiny, with a handful of spots to explore. I was supposed to list them, but let’s face it, I got distracted by all those space lasers and fancy moves!
Speaking of fancy — lightsabers. Grab one and you’re basically Superman. Well, minus the cape. Run faster, leap higher, and ditch fall damage. Oh, and if you nab a Sith Lightsaber by beating Darth Vader Samurai (yeah, that’s a thing now), you can chuck it around like you’re in a movie.
New loot? Heck yes. Loads of weapons tossed into the mix, and of course, some old favorites making a comeback. Timing’s everything, some of these will pop up as we go.
Vehicles? Two new rides cruising in with all the classic vibes. Don’t ask me to explain, just check it out in-game. Feels like slipping into a comfy pair of old shoes, if those shoes had wheels and rocket boosters.
Force powers are a whole new ballgame. Want them? Gotta train up, padawan. Find those iconic Star Wars holograms, wield a lightsaber — yep, training required. Hologram of Rey hands you a blue saber and the Force Push. Palpatine? Red saber and Force Lightning. Go nuts.
And keep an eye out for weekly shenanigans throughout May. Events galore! I’d dive into specifics, but, let’s be real — I just wanna see lightsabers and Force powers collide on the battlefield.
